I did the hair transplant. Everyone was super cool and nice. My Coordinator Nisrine walked me through all of the steps so I knew what to expect through the procedure and for my after care. The whole process they make sure you are comfortable and accommodated. The hotel they put you up at is really nice, the Free Breakfast Buffet is the BOMB and so is the room service menu. I had a nice stay and my procedure was as painless as possible. 10/10 Would recommend to a friend!

I had a wonderful experience at badge clinic, the staff were all exceptionally professional and the service is just at a very high standard and I am not someone who is easy to please. The hotel is perfect, with a spacious lounge area, washing machine and fully functional kitchen. The hospital is very modern and clean with nurses attending to all my needs around the clock. I was a patient at Badge Clinic. I was impressed by how well they organized to pick me up from the airport, then take me to the hotel and get me back on time. They were very well organized, the staff is pleasant, but the organizers were in touch with me to be sure that everything is done professionally and on time; I also have friends who were patients at this clinic and were satisfied. Had a great experience from the minute i landed, everyone was very welcoming, made me feel at ease, can’t thank my 2 nurses enough from being in the hospital and hotel, kept reassuring me when was needed, especially being so far from home, definitely made the right choice with choosing badge clinic.. only thing i would say was hard was the language barrier but that’s excepted to come to there country, nothing google translate doesn’t help with x

Je recommande cette clinique à 100 % tout était très propre et le personnel a vraiment été présent du début jusqu’à la fin. Une prise en charge dès la sortie de l’aéroport on ne se sent jamais seul même si on vient seul sur place des traducteurs sont là pour vous aider et des infirmiers sont là pour s’occuper de vous. Que vous soyez à l’hôtel ou à l’hôpital personne ne vous laisse sans réponse vous êtes vraiment accompagné du début jusqu’à la fin. Je suis très satisfaite de mon expérience chez badge clinique chaque petit désaccord a été réglé quasiment instantanément par ma coordinatrice Nisrine car ils ont une très bonne communication. Pour résumer je vous dirai que vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu ni de votre prise en charge ni du résultat de votre opération.

Excellent customer care from Nesrine and Miray. I am very happy with service I received- my new nose looks amazing. Nurse Team was always available and ready to assist. Nesrine who was my medical coordinator went above and beyond to help me out, she even done shopping for me when I couldn’t go out from the hospital!
