I did the hair transplant. Everyone was super cool and nice. My Coordinator Nisrine walked me through all of the steps so I knew what to expect through the procedure and for my after care. The whole process they make sure you are comfortable and accommodated. The hotel they put you up at is really nice, the Free Breakfast Buffet is the BOMB and so is the room service menu. I had a nice stay and my procedure was as painless as possible. 10/10 Would recommend to a friend!

Excellent customer care from Nesrine and Miray. I am very happy with service I received- my new nose looks amazing. Nurse Team was always available and ready to assist. Nesrine who was my medical coordinator went above and beyond to help me out, she even done shopping for me when I couldn’t go out from the hospital! My hotel nurse Beyza was extremely friendly and so helpful in my aftercare. Again no query or request was to big or to small. She checked on me a few times a day each day and was always available through the WhatsApp group. She made my after care stay so much more comfortable.
Even after I have returned home they are still in contact to offer support and ensure everything is going well.
