What can I say !!! The whole experience was just a 5 star! If there was an option for a 10 star I would put it. The whole team was amazing, so helpful, good communication, amazing accommodation. Doctor Ersoy and doctor Mete were so professional and so kind . They really new what my body needed ! I did a breast lift and reduction with implants . Oh my ! They changed my life ! The hospital was clean and the nurses were so caring ! Everything is on point ! Everything is punctual, you don’t get to wait long to be seen by doctor. The drivers are so polite. Very welcoming people. I was stressed that the doctor had to take my canine out and is visible so they came with the option with a temporary tooth until next appointment for the implant. Had a great experience from the minute i landed, everyone was very welcoming, made me feel at ease, can’t thank my 2 nurses enough from being in the hospital and hotel, kept reassuring me when was needed, especially being so far from home, definitely made the right choice with choosing badge clinic.. only thing i would say was hard was the language barrier but that’s excepted to come to there country, nothing google translate doesn’t help with x
Very good staff!! Even the cleaner was lovely and supportive, I was quite scared as I came alone but they made you feel comfortable at all times! And asked if you needed anything a lot! I would definitely recommend badge clinic. I’ve been in very very little pain and the procedure ran very smoothly! 10/10
Je recommande cette clinique à 100 % tout était très propre et le personnel a vraiment été présent du début jusqu’à la fin. Une prise en charge dès la sortie de l’aéroport on ne se sent jamais seul même si on vient seul sur place des traducteurs sont là pour vous aider et des infirmiers sont là pour s’occuper de vous. Que vous soyez à l’hôtel ou à l’hôpital personne ne vous laisse sans réponse vous êtes vraiment accompagné du début jusqu’à la fin. Je suis très satisfaite de mon expérience chez badge clinique chaque petit désaccord a été réglé quasiment instantanément par ma coordinatrice Nisrine car ils ont une très bonne communication. Pour résumer je vous dirai que vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu ni de votre prise en charge ni du résultat de votre opération.
I was a patient at Badge Clinic. I was impressed by how well they organized to pick me up from the airport, then take me to the hotel and get me back on time. They were very well organized, the staff is pleasant, but the organizers were in touch with me to be sure that everything is done professionally and on time; I also have friends who were patients at this clinic and were satisfied. Honestly could not knock my experience. Flying solo I was very nervous. I had Nesrine guide me through it all who is an amazing coordinator. I got to the hospital and again was very nervous but was soon reassured. I then got settled in a lovely hospital room. I had bloods taken, chest x-ray and an ultrasound scan on tummy. So glad to say a success. I was up walking a few hours after. Day 2 is probably the worst but once you get through it your on cloud 9. I met with my dietician and given all my protein shales and vitamins. Then got discharged day 3 post op. I got transferred to a beautiful hotel where I am relaxed and it’s beautiful.
