Excellent customer care from Nesrine and Miray. I am very happy with service I received- my new nose looks amazing. Nurse Team was always available and ready to assist. Nesrine who was my medical coordinator went above and beyond to help me out, she even done shopping for me when I couldn’t go out from the hospital! Honestly could not knock my experience. Flying solo I was very nervous. I had Nesrine guide me through it all who is an amazing coordinator. I got to the hospital and again was very nervous but was soon reassured. I then got settled in a lovely hospital room. I had bloods taken, chest x-ray and an ultrasound scan on tummy. I then met with my doctor Professor Dr. Cengiz Eriş who was very knowledgeable and made me at ease. I then got given the go ahead for Gastric sleeve surgery. It has been an experience and I’m
So glad to say a success. I was up walking a few hours after. Day 2 is probably the worst but once you get through it your on cloud 9. I met with my dietician and given all my protein shales and vitamins. Then got discharged day 3 post op. I got transferred to a beautiful hotel where I am relaxed and it’s beautiful. From the initial enquiry, through booking, surgery and post operative care badge were extremely helpful and reassuring.
The hospital was clean and comfortable and were accommodating to both myself and my companion.
Dr Mete listened to what I wanted whilst offering his professional opinion and giving me the results that I was looking for.
My coordinator Şevval were always on hand regardless of the time of day, to answer any queries, concerns or basic questions I had. No query was to pig or to small.
My hotel nurse Beyza was extremely friendly and so helpful in my aftercare. Again no query or request was to big or to small. She checked on me a few times a day each day and was always available through the WhatsApp group. She made my after care stay so much more comfortable.
Even after I have returned home they are still in contact to offer support and ensure everything is going well.
I would definitely recommend badge clinic for anyone seeking cosmetic surgery. I myself was recommended badge and I am so glad I chose them. My procedures were a fraction of the cost of the UK but this did not take away from the level of care and support that was provided
This is my second time with badge clinic and from the aiport to the hostpital to now leaving back to my hotel. I have felt comfortable and safe the whole time.the nurses and doctors answered any questions i had and i feel very happy already with my results. Very good staff!! Even the cleaner was lovely and supportive, I was quite scared as I came alone but they made you feel comfortable at all times! And asked if you needed anything a lot! I would definitely recommend badge clinic. I’ve been in very very little pain and the procedure ran very smoothly! 10/10
Very welcoming people. I was stressed that the doctor had to take my canine out and is visible so they came with the option with a temporary tooth until next appointment for the implant. Also the bridge procedure was done with precision. Honestly they know what they are doing and you feel in good hands. Highly recommend Badge Clinic.🌸🌸🌸

What can I say !!! The whole experience was just a 5 star! If there was an option for a 10 star I would put it. The whole team was amazing, so helpful, good communication, amazing accommodation. Doctor Ersoy and doctor Mete were so professional and so kind . They really new what my body needed ! I did a breast lift and reduction with implants . Oh my ! They changed my life ! The hospital was clean and the nurses were so caring ! Everything is on point ! Everything is punctual, you don’t get to wait long to be seen by doctor. The drivers are so polite. The hotel was amazing with helpful lovely stuff! I highly recommend Badge clinic!! I will definitely go back.
