Post surgery of 4 days, fly back room night. I’ve had 360 lipo, tummy tuck and a do repair. Nurse all so kind and Google translate helps. Walking as advised has helped a lot increase mobility and reduce swelling or bloating. Defiantly take comfy button up the front over size item, travel light and book special assistance for the airport to help get through the massive airport.
Results look great already and super bloated and need to get lymph massages but extremely happy so far.
Hotel staff, clinic & hospital staff are all friendly. Surgeon lovely and nice. Just drink plenty, stay comfy and walking is key!!

Honestly could not knock my experience. Flying solo I was very nervous. I had Nesrine guide me through it all who is an amazing coordinator. I got to the hospital and again was very nervous but was soon reassured. I then got settled in a lovely hospital room. I had bloods taken, chest x-ray and an ultrasound scan on tummy. So glad to say a success. I was up walking a few hours after. Day 2 is probably the worst but once you get through it your on cloud 9. I met with my dietician and given all my protein shales and vitamins. Then got discharged day 3 post op. I got transferred to a beautiful hotel where I am relaxed and it’s beautiful.
